How we’re different
While there are many great partners to choose from, a few things help us stand out from our peers:
- We have significant experience working at the intersection of multiple sectors
- We’ve developed a broad network of organizations that we can learn from and partner with
- We’re extremely focused – we work with social sector leaders to bring big ideas to fruition
- Our small size and flexible staffing model allow us to provide support through the conception, strategy development, and early implementation phases
How we work
First, we understand that our role is to catalyze, shape, and amplify the efforts of courageous leaders. We don't claim credit, seek the spotlight, or otherwise delude ourselves about our contributions.
Second, we recognize that we're a small team of experienced strategy consultants with a specific set of skills. When needs arise beyond our expertise, we work with clients to identify the right partners for them.
Finally, while the world seems to have forgotten the value of patience, optimism, and hard work, we continue to believe that all three are essential for success.
