How we work

First, we understand that our role is to catalyze, shape, and amplify the efforts of courageous leaders. We don't claim credit, seek the spotlight, or otherwise delude ourselves about our contributions.

Second, we recognize that we're a small team of experienced strategy consultants with a specific set of skills. When needs arise beyond our expertise, we work with clients to identify the right partners for them.

Finally, while the world seems to have forgotten the value of patience, optimism, and hard work, we continue to believe that all three are essential for success.

Leadership

Chris Bordoni

Chris founded Bordoni & Company in 2015 to focus solely on serving social good organizations. He is passionate about creating lasting partnerships and helping mission-oriented teams bring inspiring ideas to life.

Chris brings nearly a decade of experience working with commercial, public-sector, and non-profit clients as a strategic advisor. In addition, Chris is a seasoned facilitator, coach, trainer, and mentor.

Prior to Bordoni & Company, Chris worked for the The Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte Consulting, and the Civic Consulting Alliance. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. from Cornell University.
